Civil Litigation - Private

Comments:
Biased against We The People's civil rights and sided with her lower court judges. She refused In forma pauperis without justification for 6 months to expire the lawsuit for poor people then dismiss it entirely. She has indeed refused jury trials if there is any excuse to do so. Asked for a jury but I never even received a court date. She simply protects her fellow attorneys and judges and DHS CPS and state actors. She violates the U.S. and Oklahoma Constitution; she has no business being a judge; she doesn't follow either written law or stare decises. I agree with others previous opinion: that Judge Claire V. Eagan should herself go to prison for violations of civil rights and child abuses/child-kidnapping via accomplice and via complicity.

I have had numerous cases in front of her since she went on the bench. She started her career as a federal judge being very impartial and fair. The longer she was on the bench, the more brazen she became in her leanings towards defendants, particularly in civil rights and employment matters. She has indeed refused jury trials if there is any excuse to do so, and grants summary judgment to the defendant in most of these cases. Even with hotly contested facts, she weighs the evidence and skews the law, using selective cases as her excuse to find for the employer. Judge Eagan is a brilliant lawyer, and is nearly always well-prepared, but she is biased towards employers (who she defended during her years at Hall Estill).

I have had three matters in Eagan's court and each time asked for a jury because most judges are to stupid to apply the law correctly. In all three cases she not only refused to give me a jury but I never even received a court date. She simply protects her fellow attorneys. She violates the Constitution consistantly. She has no business being a judge.

Very bright, very hard working. I have had a few trials in front of her, and she has always done her homework. I even watched a criminal hearing while we were on a break, and the prosecutor was citing to a recent case in his argument, and she surprised him by not only being aware of the case, but by discussing its holding in detail. When your client is entitled to a summary judgment, she will actually grant one. She can be tough on unprepared attorneys.

She is exceptionally bright and informed. Will do the homework if the counsel in the court fail to do it.

Great judge and very smart but likes to let you know it. Fair to all parties. Will correct your pleadings. Hard worker.

Comments:
Very smart, but biased in favor of business and corporate defendants. Next to impossible to survive summary judgment in her court. Good at trial if you can ever get there. Respectful to lawyers (even new or inexperienced ones) and considerate of their schedules, but expects high quality work and requires perfection if you represent an individual.

I have had two cases in front of Judge Eagan and requested a jury in both (I was the plaintiff) and she denied both. She doesn't follow either written law or stare decises. I think that Judge Eagan should herself go to prison for violations of civil rights.

She should be ashamed of using emotion in her medicaid ruling instead of the law.
