Comments:
A terrible judge. Some people are appointed to the bench and are just bad appointments. No skill in Title VII matters. Discretionary calls over a simple issue as removal were way off. This judge was part of a wicked plot to undermine the system along with Judge Catherine Blake. Both were co-conspirators. Stamp agreed to have a case specially assigned to him only and to rule against a party in a certain way. They both should have been punished for their back room deals and underhanded behavior. Neither deserve to be federal judges.

A potential leaning toward the civil defendant, but nothing extraordinary or even pronounced. Overall fair. Courteous and pleasant to work with. A true gentleman.
