As I sit here thinking about How bad the judge I am presently litigating a case here in La is ,I reminisce to how professional, gracious, judicious and competent judge king was in my civil case. She was not my law and motion judge but was my assigned trial judge. She was not condescending like most judges are to me, and due the insurance defense. I use,s outrageous shenanigans and antics there were many instance where she could have very well exploded into the guy, but she didn’t. I kind of wish she had at times, but that’s another story. She was even handed, fair, and competent, and feet he trial because of defendants counsels la k of ethics many post trial motions and arguments were necessary . I watched her in law and motion handle criminal matters, family matters, regular civil matters with agility and composure S she was constantly wearing the different hats as I judge. I would give her a 10.0 rating, bu the one complaint I had Fter trial was that her clerk incorrectly and against the jury’s award to me , reduced the judgment by a substantial margin and then tried to deny me my right to file a motion for clarification of the judgment. She was a rogue clerk, and yes they do exist so beware people. A judge makes an order and relies the clerk to accurately process the rulings and orders in accordance with they say and rule on, but as I said this clerk was rogue , her name was Kim ( something I can’t remember last name) otherwise I give the honorable Pamela Preston king. 10.0 I am lloyd byers and I approve this raring
