Litigant

Comments:
Judge Warren is often hard to read in the Court room. I thought she was favoring opposing counsel's side during the entire Trial. But she declined to rule that day and spent 2.5 months thoughtfully researching my case. In the end she made the right decision and saw through opposing counsel's smear campaign and realized they had not met their burden of proof. She ruled heavily in my favor and did the right thing not to break up a big loving family of 5 young children. It was a heavily litigated relocation case where 2 of my children would have been separated and relocated to a different State with their bio dad. Very stressful for the better part of a year and those 2.5 months awaiting her Ruling, but in the end we are so grateful she saw through it all and made the right decision to keep the siblings together and the children here in Florida with the rest of their family. Her ruling was thoughtful and compassionate.
