She has a great smile and laughs a lot, but that won't help you unless your client deserves something.She can say 20 years with the same smile.It's fun to be with her for pre-trials.

I represented plaintiffs in two separate cases before her (for brief periods). She was a total disaster. She seems to love big defense firms. She's also amazing in her consistency in always ruling against the plaintiff. I heard she doesn't believe in ever discussing settlement (she says it's a conflict-of-interest for her to engage in any such discussions). Clinton appointment. Now I know why Ralph Nader ran for President.
