Litigant

Comment #: 4986
Rating:Not Rated
Comments:
His rulings indicate an absolute disregard for the Constitution and the rule of law. Pro-Establishment and pro-government bias. Shameful! Republican or Democrat - why not support and preserve civil rights for all?

Criminal Defense Lawyer

Comment #: 3563
Rating:6.7
Comments:
Obviously pro government, and seems to go out of his way to hold for the government. His pro-government bias is not even slightly hidden in his written orders. He is nice in court, but the defense never wins. He was a corporate lawyer before being a federal judge, so he came to the job ill-equipped to see both sides in criminal law.

Rating:5.0
Comments:
He does not care for criminal defendants and will not be very understanding of their issues.
