Civil Litigation - Private

Comment #: 22216
Rating:8.3
Comments:
Judge Mays always has to be the funniest guy in the room. He is however very smart but not particularly timely off the bench but works really hard during trial. I always breathe a sigh of relief when my cases fall into his court.

Civil Litigation - Private

Comment #: 4340
Rating:9.2
Comments:
Judge Mays displays a jovial and relaxed demeanor from the bench, and he is friendly to lawyers. He is a smart and fair judge who will usually make the right decision once he rolls up his sleaves and figures out what your case is about, but that sometimes occurs late in the game. I am not sure why this site considers lack of judicial involvement in civil settlement discussions to be a negative.
