Unconstitutional lawless hatefulagainst the defendants gave me the evil eye thought I was a drug dealer I found out later held evidence allowed conflict of interest allowed Lawyers to break the law and bring a phone into my jail to extort money from him even took a selfie with the phone which was proof but she wouldn’t have it She needs to be disbarred retired or anything just get off the bench!! Held evidence wouldn’t let the defense defend the client! Held out on sentencing all the codefendants till after Tommy’s trial which was four years and they all walked the prosecutor kept saying just make something up make up more make up some thing about his parents!
Well that’s neither here nor there because the prosecutor in our case John t Davis got thrown out the back door and now in private practice waiting for Steven Casey to have the same results

Allowed a conflict of interest with attorneys and other codefendants concealed evidence 4:14 CV 1954 AGF she did both our son & house forfeiture 4:14CV246 AGF which was brought up at the bail hearing they were doing this because we were using our house for bail nothing was said before that and they raided our house two years earlier with 20 agents this case should be in the headlines although it is being investigated now

Rigged trial Prosecutors table sat parallel to the jurors to where they were looking over the table at the prosecutors and listening to everything they said! When prosecutors were caught in many lies she defended him and said they took an oath not to lie like that is normal to believe and her attitude towards the defendants parents were a palling come to find out they accused us of selling marijuana which we were 100% innocent right now John T Davis got disbarred from the federal judicial system that was our prosecutor that she swore he was telling the truth lying lying lying making up stories she did not follow the Constitution nor the Bill of Rights

At the bail hearing had to cross examine his law partner‘s client unbeknownst to us he represented four others three in the same indictment and one a prior client that was the genesis of Tommys keys to lesser sentence and make up monstrosity stories

Courtroom set up for the prosecutors to practically be sitting on the jurors laps facing each other jurors on one side defense clear across the room Felt like she drew a line in the sand.Scowling Kurt abrasive hateful ““ She said I don’t care what they did to him it’s too big of crime to just dismiss a conspiracy to distribute marijuana Illegal surveillance with a file-code w/AT&T she will not open it .His defense attorneys brought a his defense attorneys smuggled cell phone into the jail To extort him for more money Judge fly sick to extort him for more money Judge Fleggis kept calling it a electronica device he took a selfie while he had it so the ABA now has this kept calling it a electronica device he took a selfie while he had it so the ABA now has this case

Judge Fleissig is mean, biased and prejudiced. She will railroad you, throw you in prison for 5 to 7 years and not give it a second thought. What a sadist Fleissig is.

Judge Fleissig seems to be personable, accommodating and knowledgeable. I feel that she treated me and my case with the professionalism required.
