Civil Litigation - Private

I completely disagree with the other comment. I've appeared in federal courts across the country and it is my opinion that he is very defense oriented. He has a really bad case of the black robe syndrome. He is also so self-centered that he sometimes orders a party to file a response to discovery motions long before they are due (sometimes within 48 hours) --completely ignoring the fact that the responding lawyer might have other obligations. This magistrate is consumed with power. I pray that he never makes it as an Article III judge.

Extremely cordial to all parties. Extremely smart and thorough. Punctual and expects the same.
