Rating:7.0
Comments:
Magistrate Rich demonstrates that even the pro-prosecution laws don't have to make you a bad jurist. Magistrate Rich shows respect and understanding towards everyone in his courtroom, including staff. Very refreshing.

Litigant

Comment #: 7607
Rating:1.0
Comments:
This guy is new to the Maine court and actually helped dismiss habeas corpus filings without a hearing which under the law must be done. He has been named on a notice of felony to the D.O.J. and other agencies, and the plaintiff has asked for a federal investigation into the corruption of several Maine U.S. District Court judges.
