Horrible, prejudicial, biased, [redacted by Ed.]. Judging my case No. 1:21-cv-00761-WJ-JFR, this Judge intentionally, [redacted by Ed.] and unlawfully ruled in favor of Defendant the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs despite Defendant the United States of America and other Federal Defendants had not been served with Summonses and with my June 25, 2018 pleading No.5:18-cv-03748-LHK in accordance with the F.R.C.P. Rule 4(i) and 28 U.S.C. ยง 1391(e)(2) and despite Assistant U.S. Attorney [redacted by Ed.] intentionally, criminally, maliciously, and unlawfully appeared in my lawsuit No. 1:21-cv-00761-WJ-JFR at the U.S. District Court for the District
of New Mexico using the name of AUSA [redacted by Ed.]. Obviously, Judge Johnson knew about it, and his intention was to [redacted by Ed.] cover up the unlawful appearance of AUSA in my lawsuit. Moreover, Judge Johnson, acting in furtherance of an [redacted by Ed.] prohibited his Clerk to accept any filings from me. [redacted by Ed.].
