`cannot even comprehend when an attorney is breaking rules that should be sanctioned. condones rich defendants hiding evidence. Will go out of her way to allow it

anti plaintiff in discrimination cases. defendant can run wild breaking local and federal rules and she condones it. rubber stamps old overturned case law. she has no business being a judge.

ignores evidence. rules by who she "favors" doesn't know that a stock investment return is not work income for an individual. blatantly lacking in recognizing right from wrong.

Clueless on many levels or just there to help the rich or both. A disgrace to the bench. doesn't rule on the law. does she even read the motions? If you get her ask for another judge.

Civil Litigation - Private

Comment #: 8687
Rating:7.9
Comments:
Former prosecutor, but surprisingly not pro-government. Actually pretty even-handed, and generally holds government officials to higher standards (as evidenced by the earlier comment). Very involved with helping to settle civil cases. Can be hard on attorneys who are poorly prepared, make lame excuses, or misrepresent themselves to the court.

Civil Litigation - Govt.

Comment #: 7830
Rating:8.1
Comments:
Experienced and knowledgeable. Expects attorneys to be prepared. Will come down on litigants when they aren't prepared or when they play games, but will accommodate attorneys and parties who give a good faith effort and do their best to comply with litigation. Very pro-plaintiff in employment matters -- just not pro-plaintiff's-attorney when the plaintiff's attorney is incompetent, sloppy, or in it for their own fees and not for the client.
