Litigant

Comment #: 8764
Rating:2.0
Comments:
Extremely Pro Government. If you sue a major Corporation that has a former U.S. Attorney as counsel Frazier acts as a rubber stamp for the Corporation.

The Corporation can lie, conceal evidence, do anything they want.

Court Staff

Comment #: 7463
Rating:Not Rated
Comments:
Prides himself on being very intelligent, but borders on obnoxious. Has a tendency to look down on anyone who does not have a law degree.

Civil Litigation - Private

Comment #: 5996
Rating:8.2
Comments:
A fair magistrate: flexible and not afraid
to curve the law to fit the changes in social and economic policy. Intelligent. Very occasionally
can be conservative. Probably the best
magistrate the MDFL has had in a while.
