His RRs simply do not scan. I feel sorry for his bosses. His contempt for the issues before him is evident in his sloppy work and failure to even cite the record.

Tailored a criminal appeal report to the judge's prejudices. Misstated the legal precedents solely to increase the defendant's costs for further appeals. Definitely a shill for the government.

Reversed twice on discovery motions by trial judge on objections causing additional cost, expense, time, etc. for each side. Decided statutory fees motion based on his own view of what rates should be rather than actual local market.

This judge is so pro-government that it is scary. Exactly where did he go to law school? The Constitution is not safe with him on the front lines. Poor opinion writing, with orders clearly not based on thorough research. I wonder how many of his orders are objected to?

This guy is so intellectually limited that its amazing he got through law school, let alone appointed to the judiciary. He is a disgrace to the judiciary and a disappointment to anyone who believes in our legal system. He should be mopping the floors at Walmart.

One of the worst in my experience. Totally unable to deal with complex issues; an intellectual light weight.
