Ms. Kravchuk is not suitable to judge anyone. This ego-maniac misuses the law (i.e., intentionally misquotes the Rule of Law and misstates the facts)in 98% of cases available on the web). Kravchuk intentionally discombobulates the law and facts to benefit her political pals and apparently to feed her need for power (clearly inappropriate in any American judge). Literally hundreds of litigants have legally recused her, but she refuses to recuse as the law prescribes in 99.9% of cases. Her fellow district judges (similar in honesty/integrity/respect for the law categories) have to continually bail her out. This judge's power games are tragic for all Americans and our Constitution is most certainly at risk with selfish judges like Kravchuk. I am not sure America has ever seen such a tyrant. She must have neglected to take the Oath.

Judge Kravchuk allowed leave to go forward on Federal Civil Rights Legislation regarding Title VII EEOC Religious Discrimination Section 12 Wrongful Termination & failure to provide Reasonable Accommdation in the Workplace. Because she granted Pro se litigation opportunity to my self representation I was able to settle with the former Employer. She extended unbiased review of the Wrongful Termination case during Discovery & provided a bench trial date to proceed which solidified the validity of the case.

Comments:
Judge Kravchuk, and by extension the Clinton Presidency, are technically War criminals in that they are party to violating the Geneva Convention for Commercial activity(contractors working within war zones under Sponsored Reservist legislation, which nullifies war zone bonuses, and war bounties to contractors)and that no federal judge or head of state can alter for such purposes.Only conventions involving all member/signitory countries may do that. A man wearing the wrong uniform or no uniform at all to distinguish as a combatant can be shot or hung from a gallows for those infractions.

Another Maine judge who refused to be recused after a blatant violation of the plaintiff's rights under federal law. After one and a half months of objections, she finally wrote her own denial of recusal. She and the other judges in the Maine U.S. District Court have been reported on a notice of felony to the D.O.J. and the U.S. Committee on the Judiciary, and are named on the plaintiff's lawsuit against the U.S. Government for breach of contract.

Comments:
Judge Kravchuck deliberately ignored a plaintiff's pleadings in favor of the state of Maine's top officials. She submitted a summary judgement to Judge Woodcock when plaintiff had sent back the form that a magistrate judge was unwanted. Plaintiff had demanded a jury trial. Judge Woodcock took her recommendations and would not allow the complaint to go forward, nor would he allow a pro se's amendments which were reasonable, nor would he allow defendants to be added. These actions were preceded by Judge Kravchuk's report. This misconduct by a federal judge is inexcusable and is meant to stop a pro se plaintiff from proceeding further. The plaintiff named top state officials, including Governor John Baldacci and Attorney General G. Steven Rowe.
