Most Knowledgeable and experienced judge in criminal matters and proceedings. Knows the Rules of Evidence back and forth. One of the most courageous judges in this district, who rules without fear or favor.

Generally a fair-minded judge. Hwe is definately a pro-government judge up until sentencing. Once your client is convicted (more so by plea) he is reasonble. Very willing to stand up to the government when he needs to do so but I think that those occasions are few. One could do a lot worse in the courthouse in PR.
