Judge Baylson fails to disclose that he has personal involvment with lawyers who appear in front of him. He also failed to disclose that he failed a polygragh test given by the FBI in the senator grey investigation which he had sealed.he also was personal friends with the chairman of the united states judicial committee when he was confirmed. And there is a lot more evidence against him.

Baylson has clearly lost his integrity since he is more interested in protecting his former student, who has committed fraud.shown in my caes which is a predatory lending case against a law firm he has close ties to. Which the Student jumped in to a case without filing any notice of appearance, then filed documents that failed to comply with any state or federal laws. When the case was filed his student ran right to his office, requesting his help.( evidence to this) Baylson is being placed in front of the Federal Grand Jury to answer for his actions.

Judge Baylson is improving in fairness, but he originally remembered his time as U.S. Attorney too much.

Comments:
Despite being mild-mannered, civil and relaxed, Judge Baylson--in a political case where the government had a lot at stake--repeatedly slipped into the role of second prosecutor, suppressing admissible defense evidence, suggesting arguments for the government, and pushing the jury to give more credence and attention to government evidence and argument.

Judge Baylson is a very sharp and even-handed judge. He played it straight down the middle is a very contentious case with important political and constitutional implications. I was impressed with his intelligence and general fairness. Incidentally, we settled on the fourth day of trial.
