this man ACTING as an article IV administrative Judge (executive branch) allowed a private lower county court, MONROE COUNTY COURT OF COMMON PLEAS OF THE COMMONWEALTH OF PENNSYLVANIA, and it's private BAR members to rob the beneficiary of the Public Trust, a private civilian, of private land, not ceded to the United States of America; this man allowed the Recorder of Deeds for Monroe County Pennsylvania, to continually obstruct the recording of Public records by said private civilian, a direct violation of her Oath of Office; the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania a franchise of the United States operating outside Article 1, section 8, clause 17, set by congress, is assessing a Property Tax by and through it's chartered COUNTIES and TOWNSHIPS on private land not ceded to the United States of America and not used in a Trade or business regulated by the United States; when one holding a certificate of indebtness owed by the United States to the holder-in-due-course, beneficiary, presents said certificate to the court as evidence of said indebtness, the Trustees are to set-off and discharge all TAX against the indebtness as an obligation of the United States; instead this man allowed a man's private land and shelter to be seized at gunpoint by private policy enforcers and sold for public use without just compensation, which do and does cause harm, loss and injury to the heir and the Estate; the Estate RES is pledged as collateral to support the nation in exchange for innocent passage and peaceful use and enjoyment of the land; this man and all administrative judges who operate outside the Territorial Jurisdiction of the United States, to assist their fellow BAR members [redacvted] the lawful inhabitants of their private land and shelter need to be removed from Office immediately for [redacted by Ed.] the Adverse Claim to the PERSON is surrendered to the State as usufruct, in compliance with the Trading with the Enemy Act, with the reversionary interest Pay to: the United States Treasury for full acquittance and discharge of further obligation in 2019, months before the land is seized; this man ACTING as Judge still allowed private land to be sold for a prepaid property tax for a consumer good not used for any commercial purpose; which do and did create homelessness; a private suit is brought against the pirates who operated outside their jurisdiction without proper warrant or court order, and this man dismissed the petition for redress of grievance while keeping the funds transferred by Postal Money Order; [redacted by Ed.]
