This Judge favors the ones that benefit him the most, The Foster family awarded custody of my niece and nephews while I was WRONGFULLY denied custody of them are friends of Whitmire. Although I have never had a case opened against me, clean record, passed all requirements to be able to obtain custody of them, Whitmire DENIED me my blood FAMILY. something needs to be done so that the descrimination stops! He is ripping INNOCENT family members away from children! If a family member is willing and able, FAMILY should stay together no matter how much money they have in their pockets, their race or religion. I am APALLED!

This judge shows much bias toward his church friends & Pastor when it comes to awarding them custody over capable loving family members who wish to have custody of their children. The number of families this judge has corruptively trampled on The Constitutional Rights of poor loving families in his career has been too many! He was a Democrat for so long then got rejected by the Republican Party and was forced to be an independent to run again. Dekalb County Alabama 9th Circuit Court and Government is among the most corrupt.
