Her desire for a Supreme Court nomination has made her bias against a single party reach crisis levels.
She refuses to recuse because it may tarnish her record even when documented cause for recusal is submitted.

I see the comments from a few of the litigants under this Judge have been erased, this is a place for judges to be judged, Henderson is incompetent and incapable of making decisions on her own, she will discriminate against a pro se litigant if other party has a lawyer, she will go against alaska statutes on best interest of a child AS 25.24.150, she will ignore evidence and play favoritism with a party she has had [Redacted] communications with, she knows that a father has sexual harassment files against him, changed his name to avoid charges, is a perpetrator of domestic violence, punched his son in the face, and she still stands by awarding custody of a minor child against childs best interest due to her ex parte communications, I mean the sexual harassment files shows screen shots of his genitals. She refuses to believe the evidence presented to her in a thick 3" binder while party with lawyer has shown nothing but tells a good story. This judge does not deserve to be retained VOTE NO on her retention.

She is incapable of making decisions on her own. If one party is represented by an attorney, she will only hear from the attorney and will tell any unrepresented part to shut up. She will issue orders that the represented party need not respond to any filing from the unrepresented party but will not issue the same for the continuous frivolous filings of the represented parties attorney, despite the past decade of ultimately denied motions all filed by represented party.
