Comments:
Excellent judge. Throughout the multi day hearing, I had faith that the judge would see through my ex's lies. He never let on what he would do. He was always courteous. I was nervous because the stakes were high, but I kept the faith while my ex and his lawyer attacked me. In the end he ruled in my favor, seeing through the BS. My ex told me I would never see my son again, but now I have primary custody. I'm so relieved that the truth came out.

He was verbally abusive to me in court, allowed my ex and his lawyer to verbally abuse me. Took the side of my ex and accused me of inappropriate behavior when there was ZERO proof (because it never happened) to back up he or my ex. He threatened me with the loss of my son and jail time for "interfering with custody" because my 16-year-old son was refusing to go to his dad's house -- because his dad ignores him, won't interact with him, won't talk to him, etc. Told me that if my 16-year-old son refused to go to his dad's house that I was to LOCK HIM OUT OF MY HOUSE, or go to jail. This judge has NO place overseeing divorces.
