What others have said about Hon. Sean E. Brearcliffe

Criminal Defense Lawyer

Comment #: AZ2110
Brearcliffe is a smart judge but he is anti-gay and somewhat of a misogynist. He prefers male litigants and often sees female litigants as hysterical or too emotional. He made a discriminatory ruling in a gay marriage case and got rewarded by a seat on the Court of Appeals. I would be concerned.

Comment #: AZ1459
Rating:Not Rated
Denied Due Process via blocking hearing related to ex parte parenting coordinator report, who was no longer on the case, failed to dismiss parenting coordinator for fraud, had ex parte meeting after hearing with opposing counsel and denied attendance to the pro per.

Civil Litigation - Private

Comment #: AZ1238
Honorable Brearcliffe strives to obtain the facts for a formidable balance of the issues. He is distinctly well read and well written. Brearcliffe offers an objective reasoning based on existing law and available protocols despite what his personal position may or may not be. We are fortunate to have this litigation savvy and studious man wearing Arizona robes.
