Comments:
Neither the United States Constitution, nor the law, have any place in Judge Eikelberry's courtroom. She acts solely in the interest of the State, particularly in its Prison-For-Profit economy and has no qualms about hamstringing and falsely imprisoning an innocent defendant to maintain Puma County's "enviable" 95% conviction rate. This judge should not only be removed from the bench, she ought to be brought up on charges.

This judge violates MMJ patients' rights, and tries to pretend that Proposition 203 doesn't exist! This judge needs to go!
