What others have said about Hon. Maria Elena Cruz

Comment #: AZ1429
Judge Cruz is about as bias as they come when it comes to equity among genders. On the day of my divorce trial, I presented to the judge 12 police reports, affidavits from the Depart. of The State, and physical statements and proof of immigration marriage fraud from individuals. She never looked at one item and made a decision from the bench. Several police reports clearly showed that the respondent kidnapped our children. I later discovered that Judge Cruz has social connection with the Filipino organization and is mutual friends with the respondents support network. Not only was Judge Cruz judgment based upon unsubstantiated claims of abused, but also she ignored the blaring signs that anyone with common sense could see. As of today she has recused herself from our case; however, the damage has been done and nothing can fix the damage our children have experience due to pure neglect of judicial duties.
