While Judge Gaas was a dependency judge he didn't hesitate to question AZ DCS/AAG/GAL regarding proof and evidence of their (usually false) claims. He also kept the focus on the children in the case whereas DCS/AAG/GAL tried to keep the focus on the parents. Judge Gaas is the only judge I know of who actually puts the "best interest of the child" first. Most dependency court judges put the "best interest of the industry" first, but Judge Gaas did not allow that to happen. He spoke in a reassuring tone to parents, built them up in spite of DCS/AAG trying to degrade them at every chance they got. Judge Gaas knows Parents Rights and it showed!

not afraid to rule against wrong doings of a state agency (board of nursing) who was putting under nurses names "under investigation" to put them out of work for all to see immediately without any hearing even scheduled at that point . The Board of Nursing has done some very shady things, if a nurse is unfit they have the power to do emergency suspension but to take wages so they win in court 1-2-3 4- years later , when employers look at the site under the nurses name, before hiring , is wrong .Judge Gass ruled they could not do this pre trial marking of licenses .

He put words about me that he has no clue what he is talking about. He made opinions of me as a parent when he don't have a clue the entire story. Shame on him. He needs to listen to both sides, but he assumed he knew my personal life better without living it.
