Despicable. Refused to view evidence of child sexual assault. Acted horribly annoyed and arrogant. Get him out, he obviously does not want to be there.

Comments:
Honorable Judge Reuter was the judge in my son's case. I felt that he was fair and actually didn't agree with the long sentence my son was given. However, due to mandatory minimum sentencing laws, the power that judges used to have has been removed. A ten year old could sit up there and just read what it says for the sentence. My opinion is that the judge should have the ultimate power. The judges are the ones who have the education and experience, not our legislators who make these unfair laws. My son did deserve about 5 years...not 14. My feeling was that the judge agreed with me. No he didn't say that he did but that was what I got from his nonverbal reactions. Our judges should be allowed to make a case by case decision.

He was bored, annoyed and acted as if he had somewhere else to be. He was awful!
