Judge Starr needs to be investigated. Absolutely abhorrent behavior, racist comments, and shows clear bias. [Redacted by Ed.] like Patricia, is it’s creates a chip on your shoulder and Patricia struggles in this department. She does not care about children, grant’s custody to abusers and narcissist. Several of her orders are overturned by appellate courts because she is unfair and incompetent. Patricia Starr is [Redacted by Ed.] and should resign. She does not like women (if you’re attractive even worse), and gives preferential treatment to white men. She does not even read motions and simply denies everything with no explanation, review her orders. Some question her ability to be a good judge when rarely has she ever made a decision that is of sound mind and reasoning. Look at her twitter account. She is a typical Trump supporter devoid of reasoning and logic and makes questionable comments and statements. She should be removed at once. Do yourself a favor and ask for another judge when you are assigned her. She destroys lives.

dishonorable, she gave a cop no fine no jail who tasered a man's testicles said he lost his job and suffered enough. when she ruled against nurses every time , she never said a word about losing career destroying lives, and not being able to be hired in many depts . in fact no oral arguments , lazy judge , pettifogger , biased .

Judge Starr is unfair in my opinion. My granddaughter’s rights were temporarily terminated because she disobeyed a parenting plan. The father has temporary custody of their daughter. The mother was never deemed unfit to care for her child. The father began filing motions in the court before the parenting plan even began. He stated that he was unable to visit with the child because she was in another state. At this time, the mother was expecting a baby and asked the father to give her extra time to get their daughter for visitation. The reason that their child was in another state with her great grandparents was because the father has been deemed to be unreliable and the mother needed to know that their child would be stable until the birth of her baby. Since the child has been residing with the father, new evidence has been presented to the court in the form of a motion for temporary custody to the mother which was denied. The child is having contact with a violent registered sex offender whom has not registered in the state of Arizona, as of earlier this week. The father is allegedly giving the child night time gummies, and transporting the child without a valid driver’s license. Judge Starr feels that it is fine to continue with the trial, that is in two weeks, and not address these concerns. These are horrid conditions and no child should be made to live in this manner. I am appalled, hurt, and have lost faith in the judicial system. This is how so many children fall through the cracks and end up abused or killed. Judge Starr, if you are a mother, how can you sleep at night? Is this a common practice for the state of Arizona? You have been provided with more than enough evidence to remove the child from the father’s care and yet, you have done nothing. It is a known fact that the father has been arrested for domestic violence and the police called on multiple occasions due to physical abuse. Please help me to understand the logic in your decision making. The safety of this child is everyone’s concern. She may be my great granddaughter, but she is like hundreds of others needing safety, stability and love. Shame on you!

In cases I have seen that were appeals from the Board of Nursing, Starr refused to allow oral arguments with pro per respondents . She also rules it is ok for judges in the original case to switch out (AFTER closing arguments) and sign other judges cases , allowing judges to sign a presiding judges case. VERY POOR JUDGEMENT ON HER PART !!

a real POS, denies oral arguments for pro per, she is LAZY , might have to explain a rule. watched other cases with attorney's Elizabeth Campbell was horrible , not ever mediocre, K Kent was organized and knew her stuff but the case was rigged, verdict in before it started . and starr's grandmother was a nurse, wonder what she this of this mess of a grd dtr !!

biased for the state. Not acting as a "judge " but playing interference for the state always siding with the state attorneys. Unprofessional for sure, does not even read the cases but has the decision made up before you get there. She is agreeing with the state agency every time. The agency , filing charges in areas that are not their concern , but Starr upholds it for them , sad she is , very sad, it will come back to her. taking away another womans career with no thought about it , is an evil and wicked act .
