My child almost died during Judge Marwil's tenure in family court. She completely ignored serious evidence of self-harm, domestic violence, DCS reports and pediatrician reports/warnings. While her decision was overturned on appeal, it was too late because my child had already been hospitalized, so it was moot. Rather than determining what was best for a child, she became a Father's advocate and protected Father's rights. She is a disgrace and a danger to children and families. Someone like her should never be allowed to sit on the bench and render decisions which actually harm children. By failing to give proper consideration and weight to evidence, she blatantly ignored a traumatized child's cries for help. Her judicial misconduct should be grounds for disbarrment.

This judge is very 1 sided, did not hear all parties nor let any parties speak other than the AG. Judge is unfair, no justice at all. She is the biggest "B" and sides with DCS regardless. Did not ask parents if they would like to speak. If you get this judge be prepared that she does not seek justice.
