Judge Jackson has no business proceeding over custody cases, especially cases involving special needs children. She doesn’t follow procedure, she’s one sided with no experience in these cases. She literally should not be involved in cases of children. It’s mind blowing she gets away with her nonsense. Judge Jackson should be reported for putting children in danger.

If you are assigned to Judge Jackson of the Maricopa County Superior Court, IMMEDIATELY file for a change of Judge as a matter of right. Multiple firms I contacted to represent my case have Judge Jackson blacklisted, meaning they will not accept cases that Judge Charlene Jackson is assigned to. Judge Jackson gives children to abusers. She doesn't follow Arizona Rules of Family Law Procedure and denied an Order of Protection because she had a personal connection to opposing counsel. Me and my kids are in danger because of Judge Jackson. IMMEDIATELY file for a change of Judge if you are assigned to Judge Jackson. You are taking a big risk having your case heard by a Judge who does not follow the Arizona Rules of Family Law Procedure, Civil Rules of Procedure. Heck, she doesn't even follow common sense. And she is possibly racist, she strongly dislikes white people.

Judge Charlene Jackson is absolutely awful. Judge Jackson does not follow procedure or the law. Judge Jackson violates litigants Constitutional Rights and favors abusers. Judge Jackson does not disclose her personal connections to litigants or attorneys! Do your homework on Judge Jackson. She habitually rules in favor of lawyers she has personal connections with. Judge Jackson will retaliate against you for requesting she afford you due process, etc. Just Jackson doesn't follow anyone's rules but her own, she is a terrifying Rogue Judge. Report her to the Commission on Judicial Conduct!
