I dont think Judge Knapp actually cares about family court. This was my third time going back for modification to try and get 50/50 of my son from 12 days a month with already having rulings of being a fit parent entitled to 50/50 parenting time prior to seeing this Judge. Even with going in with evidence from school written emails from the principal of my son reporting all the moving between homes was to much for him. Having video proof of him stating it on top of proof of mother not including me in decision making. Judge Knapp sweeped it all under the rug and kept the ruling as is. When being a father going through the courts there is no point. Might as well just sign your rights away, youll spend 50k and get shit on all throughout the years.
