Comments:
Sorry to say this- But Commissioner Joseph Rhoades is extremely unqualified to sit on any bench. Rhoades is unwise, unsophisticated, and has the wrong temperament to make life altering decisions for others. He clearly is uninformed of case law presented to him and insecure enough to avoid hearing it. He is ignorantly rigid, prone to ruling with those he would like to please. (Id be happy to further explain) Naive enough to deprive due process to parties entitled to it. It appears, he has been allowed to fly below the radar, perhaps, due to the nature of the case types he's assigned to oversee. This individual should be reviewed, investigated and removed immediately from the bench. His presence on the court undermines any faith in the overall Arizona court system and there must be accountability for mistakes made in the hiring process for commissioners and the cases Rhoades was allowed to oversee. Mistakes can be made in any organization. However, continuing to allow an individual like this (massively unqualified), to have such unadulterated power is an enormous breach in the public trust.
