This judge does not do what is in the best interest of the child. She removes orders with no grounds to do so and fails to rule on orders that were brought up in court. She is very unfair. She placed me, a mother, under blame for my son and I being so close and him not being as close to his father. Judge friudland horne should not be a judge at all especially a family law judge. The best interest of the child is the most important. However this is not on this judges priority list.

This judge has no interest in the welfare nor best interest of the children. It is all about plundering the finances of the non custodial parent to finance the state coffers.
She is a fraud and a criminal and should never have been placed into a position of power.
Judges will bear a higher judgement in the next world.

She does not make rulings. She takes the motion request "under advisement" causing the offending party to continue to keep breaking court orders. Her own clerk apoloized for the judge (her) for not following through on a OOP dismissal which later caused a innocent person to be arrested and booked ecause of (her) technical error. I read that she was a former law eforcement
officer. That being the case, she has a higher knowledge of following through on the Registry for OOP and dismissals. For her to not make rulings, the parties legal fees are driven up in an effort to try to get legal attention by the court.

This Judge is more concerned with her own political gain, then the safety of children. She lifted a order of protection w/o a hearing, forcing a terrified child to have to see a sex-offende/Child abuser, and she refused to allow the child to testify. She also forces me to pay for the other party's gas money for his visitations.

Incompetent judge. Biased opinions not based on legal dictrine.
Well known in the community and previously practiced family and adoption law with many of the attorneys who now appear before her. No doubt socializes with many of the attorneys who appear before her and makes decisions in favor of those who she is friends with outside the courtroom.
This judge is a disgrace to the justice system in Coconino.
Is family court was not bad enough, it is the worst of the worst in Coconino County superior court.
this judge should be serving time in the state pen as opposed to serving on the bench making critical decisions on peoples lives.

This judge is one of the worst judges in the state of Arizona. Biased. Should not be a judge in a town where inbreeding is the standard. She had practiced law in Flagstaff for over 25 years prior to becoming a judge and is friends with the majority of the attorneys who are before. The family court in Coconino County is a joke and she is the chief clown.
