Pro Plaintiff 100% -- don't even bother, he sits on his throne and doesn't allow for the defense to fight. HOW DID THIS MAN GET TO THIS POINT? ALL politics for sure...shame on you White, GOD will have you answer to all the innocent people you have convicted with NO EVIDENCE

This is the worst judge ever! I filled for divorce and custody, he removed my kids from me as custodial parent and gave them to their absentee father, while ordering me supervised visitation. For 13 months it was a 1 woman circus, the respondent had no case other than AZ provides both parents to a trial. My ex had no valid id, marijuana possession, history of bi-polar...nothing was investigated. At one point he told me my kids would be better off with my ex living in South Phoenix. He completely ignored my petition, not even my last name was changed back to my maiden name. Every thing I asked the court to do, ie supervised visitation for my pothead ex, and full legal custody for me, he gave it to my ex. At the end of the trial he told me the next time your ex take your kids it's not kidnapping now he has the legal right to do whatever he wants, and ordered me to stay away from my kids. Did I mention I was a full time mom with my kids and he gave them to my ex who lost his job during our divorce. I even had a best interest attorney and family conciliator services who's only concern was "everyone is on the same page" as the judge. Screw mom, now that dad has lost his job tell mom to get a job and pay child support. My ex even admitted he was suicidal during our divorce. all he had to do was show up, he is definitely anti mom.

first i must say to any person that has or will have a case in front of this judge if u can have this judge removed from your case right away.this judge has no problem doing away with your constitutional rights such as the 14th amendment (right to due process) and the 1st amendment (freedom of speech) this judge has made it clear that a parent can come to his court and commit perjury lie under oth use meth,abuse pain pills,and drink, abuse a child what an injust by this judge and the family court and the laws of this state and the supreme court rules.
