Comments:
Judge Dean Fink needs an investigation done on him. I've been an attorney for almost 40 years and this last case I was involved in with him, he broke every rule and statute. I've never witnessed anything like this during my almost 40 years as an attorney. There is something very shady going on with this judge and his guardian ad litem, Yvette Banker, and his court-appointed attorney, Michael Doyle. There isn't enough space to write out all the details which would prove what I am saying.

Comments:
During the pandemic, we saw Judge Fink seeking guardianship of our son who has autism. We were late, and he was forgiving and gave us another date to appear. When we appeared in his court via internet, he was kind and listened to us and to our son, who was agreeable with the guardianship, but wanted to retain the right to vote. Judge Fink said he hadn't granted that before, since it's a new law, but he granted our son the right to vote and made him very proud. Judge Dean Fink is a good person and a good judge, from our experience, and we're voting to retain him!
