Civil Litigation - Private

Comment #: AZ2367
Rating:1.6
Comments:
This judge needs to be supervised closely. Her decisions are personal and she came across as prejudice. If you are Hispanic, ask to be assigned to another judge.

Civil Litigation - Private

Comment #: AZ2340
Rating:5.3
Comments:
Reads everything, but does not understand it. Overly complicates matters. Asks compound questions more as her statements, rather than allowing attorney to separately address any actual concerns. Afraid to grant dispositive motions.

Civil Litigation - Private

Comment #: AZ1946
Rating:1.8
Comments:
Judge Mahoney is biased, not fair, does not listen to facts as they should be applied by law, made an unfavorable comment about another judge who is far superior to her which was very unprofessional. Look at her track record for being overturned on appeal.
