Refuses to direct the criminal court commissioners in initial appearances to apply secured bond amounts ordered by city judges and JP’s. Dismissive of judges from the “lower” courts (city and justice of peace).
Haughty attitude when presented with issues he considers unimportant.

This Judge does not follow the law while granting his Court Appointed Attorneys and Court Appointed GALs immunity for their actions too. This Judge allows his Court Appointed Conservator to completely drain Bank Accounts and use the Ward's identity to apply for loans and credit cards for their personal use all while the Ward is all drugged up in Medical Facilities in Scottsdale including allowing the Court Appointed Consevator to not pay any of the Ward's bills or any of their creditors of the Ward while not holding the Court Apointed Consrrvator Accountable. This Judge allows his Court Appointed Conservator to make false claims to all of the Ward's creditors claiming to the Ward's creditors that other people are the Ward's POA and Conservator so the Ward's Cteditors sue those otherPeople and not sue the Court Appointed Conservator. While the Court Appointed Conservator keeps all of the Ward's funds that they drained out of the Ward's Bank Accounts while they were all drugged up in Medical Facilities in Scottsdale. This Judge also allows his Court Appointed Attorneys, his Court Appoiointed GAL and Court Appointed Conervator to secretly shuffle the Ward in and out of Medical Facilities while refusing to tell family members where they moved the elder Ward while they are draining the Ward's Bank Accounts. Then the Ward pops up dead a few days later after her Bank Accounts are completely drained by these people Who are the Judge's Court Appointed buddies. See case PB 2019 004178

Falls below what is expected of a judge and the judicial system. Does not follow the law or the rules. Judicial temperament is highly questionable. Significant delays in ruling on motions, which causes substantial prejudice to the parties.

Generally a very poor judge. If he has taken a dislike, he will not rule in your favor. Worse yet, he will not apply the plain language of the law. This judge you strike unless you want uphill battles. If you have an Order from the judge, read it a few times. They are poorly written with no factual support which leads to filing more motions i.e. clarifiation and/or reconsideration.
