Judge Guzman is rude and makes you feel like you are beneath his status. He isn't fair (in my experience), he wouldn't let me plead my case and yelled at me when I (the defendant) tried to explain some of what the plaintiff was unsuccessfully trying to tell him. The plaintiff was ccompletely confused and I actually felt sorry for her for a split second. My children, who we're harassed by plaintiff, could not believe someone in his position could act and treat people the way he did. I know I sound bias and in my defense I am planning to visit other judge's court proceedings to find out if this is the normal behavior for judges. I keep hearing people say he treats me badly because of my last name and an old feud he has with a family member of his generation.
