Have a probate for over three years with Judge Vann Smith, he was my Aunt Catherine's Judge in 2000 for the same probate property. I have had two attorneys, Matt Henry and Leigh Law, both incompetent. I have been unable to find a good lawyer to take this case. The property was over 75,000 now and reduced to 25,000 at this time It is now three years with a Will of my Aunt that states that I am the last living heir. I have filed a Petition for the court for small estate, which should have never been in the courts. My brother died while serving which left the successor and only heir to my aunt. Her Will states that it all goes to the remaining heir. I hope this does not cause any retaliation from the courts. Thank you Alice Chewning
