Civil Litigation - Private

Comment #: AR23
Rating:2.5
Comments:
Totally unprepared for jury trial. Had read nothing and summarily denied motions in limine because they weren't filed 30 days prior to trial, in violation of supposed scheduling order. Used wife to review case file. Openly chastised and blamed both counsel in front of jury for length of one-day trial. Real reason was his unpreparedness and inability to effectively run bench conferences.
