This judge would not make Thad sappington stop abusing me. He allowed the mother to retaliate against me by filling unlawful contempt’s in me in my divorce that ginger sappington filed for on her sons behalf. Handled his case, hired a referral from the divorce attorney and long time family friend of the sappington’s Sam Hilborn family calls him Sammy . The referral was hired to take mykids from me . The son’s name and information was never entered correctly in the court or police data so the order of protection would not do a thing twice it was entered in another mans name . The relative to the sappingtons is a state employee 33 years out of department of corrections Melissa Kitta. I’m certain there was fowl play in these orders being changed in the system. Which kept me under server stress as well as a divorce they kept drawing out for two years when I complained of abuse the mother charged me court cost by making unlawful court charges against me and asked that all cost be held till the final hearing two years later and they charge me every bit of my share I was to receive from the 401k annuity. To the sum of 23k and in a year opened up a case against me only with OCSE claiming I owed her 9,500 within four months they suspended my license to drive and license to work my job why the son has not worked in five years and mother pas all living and gas to stalk me everyday of my life. The law will do nothing .
