Overall unqualified to preside over cases. Although Sebastian County is notorious for bad judges, this is a particularly troubling one. Judge DeLay has an inability to understand complexity or nuance in civil or criminal matters. Do not expect any well reasoned decisions. Try as much as you can to get issues before a jury. Under no circumstances should you consent to have Judge Delay decide issues of fact.
