In one case, she freaked out when DCFS returned a foster father to court for termination of his parental rights. Hardie adopted a child to this abuser about a month earlier. DCFS failed to tell her that there was an investigation to the foster father. Did they really? Did Hardie know or didn't she know about the investigation? Well, in another case, just after this scandal, she denied that DCFS engaged in perjury, coercion and judicial deception. This judge is dishonest. She should be removed from the bench and disbarred.

Very bias and very racist, this judge needs to be put under the jail for all of the damage she's created to families.

Recently, this judge refused to let a father and his family take care of an infant. The mother is a drug addict and did not want to take responsibility. Hardie did not want the baby to go to the paternal family on the excuse that the father did not step forward soon enough even though he was not aware of the birth. The baby was placed in foster homes who have too many children. She ended up dead. Is this the first time this judge sent children to be abused or to die in foster home? This judge is for family separation.

Witnessing this judge's conduct makes me want to hurl..she lies to litigants and 'tricks' them and does shady stuff to confuse them. i've seen her yell and scream at parents that led to their being disoriented and not being able to go forward in the proceedings that well. disgraceful

This judge lies, claims she can make medical diagnosis’s over doctors, makes mean biased derogatory comments towards people in court repeatedly, knowingly sends kids to abusive homes and lies about it, tells children that have been abused that they are liars, forces visitation with an abusive parent and then laughs about the assault on the child in court, threatens parents, children and families with punishments, and abuses her power. This judge covers up factual evidence, hides child abuse she causes and scars children for life. One of the worst criminals in Contra Costa County. This judge needs to be jailed.

Judge Hardie is bias. She forms her opinion of you before you even speak. She favors certain attorneys, is rude and over all a terrible judge. She needs to be removed from the bench. She is known for breaking up families, sending children to unfit group homes and keeping children behind bars for long period of time. She has ruined many families.
