The Honourable Judge Gullon is fair and just in his authority. Ive had the pleasure of witnessing roughly ten or so cases and observed him go out his way to assure the law is upheld, while giving whom convicted a calming opportunity for redemption back into society. A great man worthy of such decisions.

He is extremely biased. I am in front of him for a trial. He is constantly making condescending comments, is forcing us to a take deal on a case with my client having mental health issues. We have a great defense but he keeps threatening that with our 402 hearings rulings, course of trial can change.

I'm exploring my options to file a writ on him to disqualify him.

The most compassionate judge I have EVER been in front of. He really "gets it" and treats the defendants with the utmost respect. An honor to appear before him.

Extremely arrogant and condescending judge. An ex-DA who should be papered all the time. Does not know how to be fair to both sides. As pro prosecution as they come.

He's an ex-prosecutor who acts like it. Paper him.

Had a small but long outstanding warrant matter in front of this judge. He was very pleasant and listened to my argument why jail time was not appropriate even with such a long outstanding matter. So with my limited experience with him, I think he was quite fair. Moreover, his demeanor and temperament was great...which is almost all I ask these days.

The trial wasn't even remotely fair. This judge had little or no inclination to listen to defense arguments (i.e., the law). Wouldn't let evidence in. Prohibited defense argument on the subject, then let the D.A. raise the same issue in his final closing. Definite 170.6.
