Another judge who has no neutrality of any kind. The problem, unfortunately, is that most Dependency Court Judges are the same because you are essentially dealing with a conspiratorial relationship between the Judge, County Counsel (essentially a prosecutor), social services (essentially, the police) and minors counsel (who literally do not care what happens to the children so long as they can exercise government control over the parents; who are essentially being accused of a crime. The problem with this judge is that he and everyone on his team automatically treat the parents as guilty and allow NO POSSIBILITY that that their statements have any credibility. But note: most Dependency Courts are run this way. All are essentially a criminal Court; except that the criminals in these Courts don't necessarily go to jail.

Takes 5-10 times longer to do anything than any other bench officer. Very smart and very educated, but completely incapable of managing a court room.

Really serves no purpose on the bench.
