Thank you Judge Hernandez for granting my Motion in Limine. I appreciate you standing up for justice (for me at least). Will you continue to hold the CHP and other law enforcement agencies to their burden of proving EACH and EVERY element of an offense beyond a reasonable doubt? Only time will tell. Remember your roots, you were a public defender. INNOCENT until PROVEN guilty.
