Bad Judge all the way around, and everyone knows it - including those who censor this website's content. Polly maintains her public servant courtroom status per the California State Bars unconditional endorsement that discourages any "qualified" attorney from running against her on the ballet. Currently, Polly's tenure has been extended until 2029. This judge makes Nathan Fletcher and Donald Trump look like a saints !

She is a horrible biased judge and a worse human being-tries to be superior to all who enter her courtroom-should really be fair from the start. In American we are innocent until proven guilty by a jury of or peers, not by a control freak bully masking as a judge in a robe to be so unfair and biased is a disgrace to the judicial system….

Alert! This judge has no regard for defendants civil or constitutional rights. She is vicious! Long before my family member has had a trial or sign a deal she has stated exactly what they did and they are guilty. Well judge I am not going to sit by and let you get away with this behavior. I have already begun my complaint to the Judicial Review Board as well as the Governor of California. She wants attention? Fine I will make sure she has a lot of it from as many of her superiors as I can. Maybe she thinks she is the smartest person in her courtroom. Sorry she has met her match here and I do not give up. Disgrace to the entire Judicial System.

During the last few months we have been dealing with Judge Molly, my wife and I had nothing to say but to thank God for having her residing over our daughter’s case. Judge Molly was not only compassionate and professional in her dealings but she literally saved our daughter’s life, without her keen judgment and understanding we could have done very little ourselves and without her sold attitude nothing at all

Every lawyer I know ranks her as the Worst Judge in San Diego. So glad they moved her out of the Settlement department. She hates Defendants and wants them locked up as long as possible. She has no heart and doesnt care. She is rude to defense lawyers in court. SHe is a DA in a black robe. You never want to appear in front of her. She NEVER rules in the Defendants favor EVER. I cant wait for her to retire.

This tyrannical fascist psychopath forced me to leave the US permanently to avoid a completely undeserved jail sentence. She doesn't understand a things about the United States Constitution or Bill of Rights, especially the 4th and 5th amendments. But I'm sure that karma will give her exactly what she deserves in the end, and I wish her nothing short of an early, slow and painful death for what she did to me.

She is incompetent and is covering that by accommodating the DA and delivering the max. She is unfair and a disgrace to the judicial system and should be removed. She doesn’t consider the welfare of the society and she sends its kids to prisons breaking down families and disregarding any future for the defendants; that’s ruining their life forever. Her work goes unchecked because the majority if the defendants are minority and they are no will represented and have no voice. Just walk the floor of these judges and it’s all colored defendants.

This judge is wretched. She treats defendants like a number and scum on her shoe. She has no desire for 'rehabilitation' nor does she look at mitigation packets or review the cases prior to sentencing. She seems generally uniformed regarding defendants and just wants to degrade the defendant. Even wishing harm upon people openly in court at sentencing.
This judge is not honorable, nor does she belong behind the bench.

Polly Shamoon is very rude as person and very awful judge. Very bias she is the DA girl. Dose not have any knowledge about the cases she just want to sentence people to the max for DA to be happy. Polly Shamoonis well known at the justice system and around the county about her meanness and unfairness. She dose’nt deserve to sit on the justice seat.

Judge Polly Shamoon seems to be coming from a different culture She lacks understanding of the American values. She has no clue about the separation of the judiciary branches. She is incompetent in the law. This is why she adapts and is bought into the district attorney arguemnets and demands. As such, she wants to have a brand of being tough on the accused people. She lacks the temperament to be a fair judge between the two opposing parties, the defense and prosecuter. Judge Shamoon is not fair and she takes the district’s attorney side. She should not be sitting on the bench.

She is rude and unfit to be a judge and she is a disgrace to the judicial system. She is biased towards the prosecutor and does not evaluate evidence and testimonies fairly rather she champions the DA. She comes out predetermined and reads a prepared statement that does not allow for a fair and impartial judgement.
