Rating:1.5
Comments:
Mr. Gregorio Roman handled my defense in a criminal case in which I was found not guilty in only 90 minutes after I had spent 2 years in the county jail. Mr. Roman, as my public defender, hid all of my evidence and insisted that I take 35 years to life as a deal for 18 months. I fired him and went pro per. Then all of my evidence came in, and I was found not guilty. He worked with the prosecution for 18 months to send me right to prison. I filed a complaint with the Bar Association, only to be told, in writing, that he had been made a judge, and therefore I could not touch him. He is a crook who works for the prosecution to get a better position. He should be disbarred.
