Could do worse in Orange County--with Judges such as Hunt or Glass--but some of his rulings and findings are odd or not well reasoned. Seems a little biased to the other side when considering motions. Not sure how you would find if he would going to be biased on a new case, but should be aware of the possibility.

Thought Delaney would be a fair judge, but turning out to be disappointing. Definitely showing some favoritism towards the Defendants, who are represented by well connected Orange County firms. Not sure if he attends a lot of bar events or is involved legal associations or societies, but that may be where he maintains contacts with certain lawyers in the community, and is therefore willing to show their clients favoritism (which few other judges do). Would not automatically 170.6 him, but give word to the weary about who represents your opponent because you do not want him to show favoritism to the other side--and make unfair motion rulings or more leniency to the opponent.
