From the information gathered from different official web sites, This judge has been assigned to address the mentally ill criminals in society, yet she is your prototypical clueless irrational illogical feminist who is either unwilling or unable to identify female cluster B personality disorder Narcissists and sociopaths.

Cluster B personality disorder is the single most damaging psychiatric condition in society. They are 1.2% of the population and are responsible for 39% of all crimes in society. Now here is the profoundly ridiculous dilemma:

How in the heck are you supposed to address and fix a problem when you don’t have the intellect, qualification, historical case record or professional history of having been able to accurately identify criminals.

Cluster B’s are con artists. If Davis can not identify the criminal, which she easily gets conned into not being able to, do you know who she rules against? THATS CORRECT, the VICTIM!!!

She is truly an empty headed unintelligent judge with zero talent in being in charge of addressing criminals with mental health problems. Her track record proves it.

In any descent universe (with California being a degenerating state), this woman would have NEVER been assigned to the bench. She is qualified to nod and smile and sell you coffee at Starbucks with an accent of a valley girl . That’s about it.

Yet another judge appointed to the bench based purely on politics rather than talent and merit. But then again, this is the state that gave usKamala Harris as VP, and she is the laughing stock of not only America, but the entire world.

Not afraid to decide tough issues. When she was still a commissioner, she accurately granted a motion that changed the way their clerk's office handles defaults. She "only" had to correctly apply well-briefed existing law, but there are judges in the state who have not wanted to upset the apple cart. And of course there are always the commissioners (Riverside and Placer counties come to mind) who actually state that they will not make a decision contrary to how a judge would rule, no matter what the BINDING law is.
