Judge Epley is very competent in running her courtroom, and is very compassionate, understanding, and patient.

Civil Litigation - Govt.

Comment #: CA12167
Rating:Not Rated
Comments:
Judge Epley simply does not possess the intellect necessary to perform the job as an adjudicator of Federal Defined Benefits Plans. When frustrated she displays impatience and favoritism. The FBI has been taking reports about how the court, private fiduciaries and their attorneys have been acting in collusion to milk the money from federal defined benefit plans and their beneficiaries. If enough persons who have been affected follow through and make a report, the federal prosecutor may bring RICO charges against them. Tell them you would like to make a report regarding RICO violations by the court and/or private fiduciaries and their attorneys.

Civil Litigation - Govt.

Comment #: CA10867
Rating:2.2
Comments:
Judge Eply is “decision driven" before the case is even heard. She ignores the facts and the law. Her decision is not based upon the law or judicial ethics, but is based upon her personal "likes." Her body language, that she relies heavily upon, conveys confusion and discomfort. I didn’t even get a chance to speak before she made her decision. I don’t know why she even holds the hearing in the first place? Fortunately for me, mine was a case for a claim against a Federal agency misdirected toward me. To get around Federal law, Judge Eply’s ruling was nothing more than judicial sponsored fraud and extortion.

Civil Litigation - Private

Comment #: CA9731
Rating:2.4
Comments:
This judge looked like a deer in the headlights. She didn't appear to have read the court filing or she didn't understand that federal procedures for filing a claim are different than private industry. She kept looking at her clerk for help.
